How to Choose Your Live/ZOOM CE Sessions

How do I choose my Live/ZOOM CE sessions after purchasing a 36-Hour package?

Upon purchasing your 36-Hour CE Package, you will receive 6 Live course points. You have up to 180 days from purchase to choose and complete your Live/ZOOM courses. When ready, simply follow the steps below.

  1. Log in to your account at www.ceASAP.com.
  2. On the main page, click the blue button, "Live and Internet CE Courses".
  3. Toggle to the "Live/ZOOM (Classroom) CE" option.
  4. To select your live CE courses, click the "Add to Cart" button for each course desired. The cost for up to six Live/ZOOM courses will be adjusted to $0.00 at checkout.
  5. Continue the same process until you have added the live courses you would like to attend.
  6. Once your live courses have been added to your cart, proceed to checkout by selecting the "Cart" icon in the top-right section of the screen.

With 6 Live/ZOOM course points available on your account, you won't incur any additional fees. After checkout, you can view all your selected self-paced and Live/ZOOM courses by clicking "My Courses" at the top of the screen.

Each license type has different Live/ZOOM course requirements based on which mandatory subjects are already covered by your self-paced internet bundle. Use the sections below to find guidance tailored to your specific package.

Salesperson Course Instructions

What CE courses are included in my Salesperson 36-Hour package, and what should I choose for Live/ZOOM?

Upon purchasing your 36-Hour CE Package, you will receive 6 Live course points. You have up to 180 days from purchase to choose and complete your Live/ZOOM courses.

Your Self-Paced Bundle: 18 hours of self-paced internet education (6 individual courses)

The Nevada Real Estate Division allows a maximum of 18 hours (6 courses) of self-paced courses within any subject. Our full package includes ALL the subjects required to renew your license. Those include:

  • 6 hrs of Contracts (2 courses)
  • 3 hrs of Ethics (1 course)
  • 3 hrs of Agency (1 course)
  • 3 hrs of Nevada Law & Legislation (1 course)
  • 3 hrs of Risk Reduction (1 course)

We include these mandatory CE courses to take the guesswork out of your license renewal and ensure you meet all requirements.

Your Live/ZOOM Selection: 18 hours of Live/ZOOM (classroom) education (6 individual courses)

The Nevada Real Estate Division requires a minimum of 18 hours (6 courses) of live instruction. Because you have already satisfied all the mandatory subjects through self-paced internet courses, you have the flexibility to fulfill these live hours in any subject matter. This allows you to choose the topics that interest you most and will have the biggest impact on your business.

Full flexibility for your live hours

You can choose any Live/ZOOM CE courses we offer — even courses in categories you've already fulfilled through your self-paced internet bundle (such as Ethics, Agency, Contracts, Nevada Law, or Risk Reduction). Because each ceASAP course is registered with NRED under its own unique NRED course number, a Live/ZOOM course taken in a category you've already satisfied counts toward your General CE requirement. This means you have full freedom to choose the live courses that interest you most without worrying about category restrictions.

This means you have full freedom to choose the General CE live course that interests you most without worrying about category restrictions.

Do You Also Hold a Nevada Business Broker Permit? We Have That Also.

How does ceASAP accommodate a Nevada Business Broker permit in my CE package?

If you hold a Nevada Business Broker permit, we will be happy to modify your included self-paced internet continuing education courses to include the required 3 hours of Business Broker CE. Please email us at Contact@ceASAP.com and we will add the required 3-hr Business Broker self-paced internet course to your account.

VERY IMPORTANT

Because NRED mandates a maximum of 18 hours (6 courses) of self-paced education, the inclusion of the Business Broker course will reduce one of your required course subjects (Contracts, Agency, Ethics, Law, or Risk Reduction) to complete as a self-paced course. You will then be required to complete the removed course as Live/ZOOM CE. We will personally assist you in the process to facilitate your license renewal.

What this looks like in practice

Example: a Salesperson package normally includes 6 self-paced courses (Contracts ×2, Agency, Ethics, Law, Risk Reduction). Adding the 3-hr Business Broker course displaces one of those (e.g., Risk Reduction). Your self-paced bundle becomes 5 mandatory + 1 Business Broker = 18 hrs / 6 courses (NRED max), and the displaced Risk Reduction course is taken as a Live/ZOOM course instead. Total still 36 hrs / 12 courses.
