Approved by the Nevada Real Estate Division for 3.0 hours of Broker Management continuing education. Nevada doesn't measure supervision by how closely you were watching. NAC 645.600 asks what you established, whether you checked it, and whether you can produce either, and most brokers find out which answer they have during a Division inspection rather than before one. This self-paced course walks the supervisory duty as Nevada actually writes it, builds your Office Policies and Procedures Manual around the six areas the regulation names, and stands up the monitoring system subsection 4 requires as an obligation of its own. You finish with the 48-page Brokerage Policy Toolkit, yours to adapt for your brokerage.
